Welcome to Meetingly! By accessing or using our AI Meeting Assistant app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. User Agreement
By using our app, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This app is intended for business and professional use.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the registration process. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect and use user data per our Privacy Policy. This includes meeting recordings, transcriptions, and other data, which are stored securely on AWS S3 servers. Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms of Service.
4. Recording and Transcription
Our app records meetings and extracts transcriptions, notes, and insights. User-generated content belongs to the user. Details regarding data storage duration and access are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
5. Speaker Recognition and Translation
Speaker recognition and translation features are provided with the app. Users should be aware of the accuracy and limitations of these features. We try to continuously improve these feature but mistakes can be made especially when meetings have bad sound qualities.
6. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights are outlined in our Terms. User-generated content belongs to the user, and the app’s content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Service Availability and Support
Service availability, downtime for maintenance, and support details are outlined on our status page. Users can seek assistance through live chat.
8. Subscription and Billing
Users can try Meetingly for free for 14 days without providing any credit card information. Once the free trial period is ended, users have to pay the subscription fee to be able to continue using Meetingly.
9. Code of Conduct
Users are expected to adhere to a code of conduct within the app. Misuse or violation of terms may result in the termination of the user’s account.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited in accordance with applicable laws. We are not liable for data loss, service interruption, or other issues beyond our control.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these terms. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
